Subodh Mishra, Barrister & Solicitor, is the principal lawyer of the Firm. He has expertise and experience with complex insurance-related litigation with a focus on plaintiff personal injury cases resulting from motor vehicle accidents, product liability, long term disability and wrongful death. His areas of experience and expertise include serious and catastrophic injuries, fatalities, and brain and spinal cord injuries. Subodh has a special interest in Personal Injury Litigation, and has appeared at Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Subodh is also a Notary Public.
